David G. Yurth is currently serve as a Director of Science and Technology for the Nova Institute of Technology in Salt Lake City, Utah, US. He received an Associate?s Degree in Invertebrate Marine Zoology from Meiji University in 1963, a BA in Literature in English from Weber State College (1970), a Master?s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University (2004), and have completed two PhD dissertations pending completion of the PhD programs. I was a member of the President?s Advisory Council for Management Improvement during the Nixon era and have provided consulting services to numerous scientific and academic organizations during the past 50 years. I have written 15 books, 12 screenplays, published 29 peer reviewed articles and papers in various journals, including a scientific monograph entitled ?Y-Bias & Angularity: The Dynamics of Self-organizing Criticality From the Zero Point to Infinity?, which is a new model of fine scale physical interactions. I have registered 58 inventions, many of which have been patented in the US and elsewhere, with several still pending.

USA, June 5, 1990. At present he is member of the Scientific Board of the Psychiatric Hospital of Havana and give lectures to residents in psychiatry.

He is Visiting Scientist in the University of Tokyo and Research Fellow in Kobe University Japan. His field of expertise are access to health cares services by marginalized people, disability health, post disaster mental health in South Asia, post disaster stress disorders, HIV-stigma, adherence to antiretroviral therapy, HIV treatment failure, ART drug resistance, genotypic analysis of HIV-1, educational intervention to prevent HIV and social inclusion issues among key populations.

Dr. Mohammed Rachidi received his PhD/ Doctorate degree in Human and Molecular Genetics (with High Honors) from Pasteur Institute (Paris, France) and University Paris 7 Denis Diderot, where he studied the Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms underlying Brain morphogenesis, Visual System development, CaMKinases and Biological Clock function in Drosophila. Dr. Rachidi extended these molecular genetics works to Functional Genomics at Pasteur Institute and also at Center National of Research Scientific CNRS and played instrumental roles in different collaborative research projects with prestigious laboratories in Europe, Japan and United States. Remarkably, Dr. Rachidi collaborated with the Professor Michael ROSBASH (Nobel Prize in Physiology/Medicine 2017) in the Molecular Mechanisms of 2 genes involved in Circadian Clock. Dr. Rachidi published with Professor ROSBASH this important work in the EMBO Journal entitled : ''A New Gene encoding a putative Transcritpion Factor Regulated by the Drosophila Circadian Clock''. Postdoctoral training and Assistant Professor with Professor Nicole LeDouarin at College De France and Institute of Cellular & Molecular Embryology (Nogent, Paris), Dr. Rachidi studied some Chicken and Xenopus molecules acting in Bone Morphogenetic Protein BMP signaling pathways and identified their Mouse & Human homologs involved in the differentiation of specific domains of neuronal progenitors, in the cerebellum development and Joubert syndrome (a form of the cerebellar ataxia).
